Students are expected to give at least 24 hours’ notice in order to postpone or cancel a lesson. There will be no charge for a missed lesson if the necessary notice is given and the lesson can be rescheduled, if required.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, then half fee will be charged for the missed lesson.

If no notice at all is given, then the missed lesson will be charged at the full rate.

If a student is late for the lesson, the lesson will end as normal at the scheduled time. If, however, he or she wishes to have the full lesson time and the tutor is able to provide this, then the student will be charged
for the extra time incurred.

If the tutor misses a lesson without notice, then he or she will be obliged to reschedule it free of charge.

If the tutor is late for a lesson without notice, then he or she will be obliged to make up the time as soon as is convenient for the student.
